Fax Without a Fax gives you a real local US fax number with a shared inbox and sent box – in the browser or by email. This one we didn't just build: we operate and market it ourselves.

What the service does
A fax line that waits until you need it
One annual fee covers the number, the pages, the inbox, the sent box and the team – no monthly bill, no hardware.
Your own US fax number
Choose by area code, ZIP or preferred digits. The number is confirmed once payment and provisioning succeed.
300 pages a year
One shared pool for incoming and outgoing faxes. Failed sends cost zero pages, and up to 100 unused pages roll over into the next year.
Send from the browser or by email
Upload a PDF, JPG or PNG – or fax straight from your mailbox once verified. Received faxes arrive as PDF copies by email on request.
Shared inbox
Up to 10 people share the inbox and sent box, with an explicit delivery state per transmission – delivered or failed, no grey area.

$39 a year for everything. Need more? 100 extra pages cost $5 – deliberately simple, because most people need fax exactly twice a year.

This offering differs from the client projects on this website: Fax Without a Fax is ours. PANART Marketing OÜ is the provider of the service, runs the platform and is responsible for contracts, support and data protection – and does the marketing too.
Technically that means a custom application rather than a page builder, card payments through Stripe, and a private fax archive with authenticated access and twelve months of retention. Everything is operated from the EU.
The product addresses the US market and is available in English and Spanish. It is also our own proving ground: what we learn here about acquisition, pricing and support flows straight back into the work we do for our clients.
